Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of ClipFlow, a video publishing service operated by ClipFlow.

Before publishing this site: replace the bracketed operator/contact information with your real information and make sure it accurately reflects your service.

1. Using ClipFlow

You may use ClipFlow only in compliance with applicable laws, the rules of the platforms you connect, and these Terms. You are responsible for the content you submit and the accounts you connect.

2. TikTok authorization

When you connect a TikTok account, you authorize ClipFlow to use the permissions you approve through TikTok's authorization system. ClipFlow does not ask for your TikTok password.

3. Content

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish the videos, audio, images, text, and other material you submit. You must not use ClipFlow to distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content.

4. Platform rules

Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their own terms, community guidelines, developer policies, and technical limitations. ClipFlow does not guarantee that any platform will publish, recommend, distribute, or monetize a particular piece of content.

5. Service availability

ClipFlow may change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, platform changes, or other operational reasons.

6. Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting access to your ClipFlow account and for keeping your connected accounts secure. Notify us promptly if you believe an unauthorized connection or activity has occurred.

7. Disclaimers

ClipFlow is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or third-party platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ClipFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
